While the Rehnquist Court was generally receptive to business interests, the Roberts Court has been even better, if only because of its willingness to review a greater number of business-related cases. It is reassuring to know that we have a Supreme Court with a pro-business approach. I mean it nicely balances the pro-business approach of President Bush and the entire executive branch. Thank God, we can look forward to the Roberts Court for many years. I wouldn't want businesses to suffer from neglect.
